Do You Qualify?

To qualify, you must have:
  1. a minimum annual gross income of at least $70,000 and minimum net worth of at least $70,000, or
  2. a minimum net worth of at least $250,000.

In each instance, "net worth" excludes home, home furnishings and personal automobiles. Certain States have additional qualifications.
